Behavior-Based Interviewing Minimize

Experts tell us that the best predictor of future performance is past behavior.  Properly used, behavior-based interviewing is one of the most powerful tools a hiring manager can use to narrow the field of candidates and ultimately identify a top performer.

CANIAHR will show you how to structure your interviews, provide sample behavior-based questions, and role-play various interview situations.  Participants will have an opportunity to practice asking and answering behavior-based questions in order to gain a deeper understanding of the process.
