With more than 25 years of business experience, Frank has served in a variety of professional capacities for organizations such as Century 21 Franchising Corporation, American Express, and Nortel Networks.  Additionally, he has worked with local and regional businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Frank’s leadership has brought great success to CANIAHR.  Under his guidance the firm has grown into a premier provider of human resource and regulatory compliance-related services, including human resource and FLSA audits, policy and employee handbook development, internal investigations, and ongoing HR support.

Frank’s community involvement includes board-level positions with the Genesee Valley Chapter and New York State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management as well as the Fairport Packers Athletic Association; member of the compensation and human resource committees for the YMCA of Greater Rochester; Young Leaders’ Club and Loaned Executive for United Way of Greater Rochester; and past chair of the Parish Pastoral Council – Church of the Resurrection in Fairport, NY.
